Best Auto Services II is an auto repair shop in Hialeah, Florida. It is listed at 1651 W 37th St Bay 300, Hialeah, FL 33012, which places it among the local businesses of Hialeah that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In Hialeah, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (786) 546-9982. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 94 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in Hialeah and suggests consistent service.

Carlos was the best. I needed an emergency visit at 7pm on a Saturday and he was able to see my car right away. Changed the tire in 10 min and took me to another shop for the alignment. I was able to drive back to Naples 🙏🏻

I was super happy with them. I went to Pep Boys 1st and they gave me a $3300 estimate to fix my car. I then brought it to best auto service and the found the real problem and fixed ir for under $700. And the car is running great. Will always take my car back if I have any other problems

I had a very difficult brake problem with my Toyota Corolla and the team at Best Auto Services II was incredibly patient, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just guessing or replacing unnecessary parts. They kept me informed every step of the way, worked hard to find the real problem, and truly cared about my safety and satisfaction. Their knowledge, dedication, and customer service were outstanding. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but this shop went above and beyond. I highly recommend Best Auto Services II to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and experienced auto repair service. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

One of the BEST! If not the BEST mechanic shop in Miami/Hialeah area. Quality ownership, quality work, honest mechanics, affordable, reasonable and very, very, VERY clean shop. The guys are knowledgeable, friendly and offer you water while you wait. Little food truck ourside during the day foe snacks or food. We've had our cars serviced all over Miami and Orlando and honestly this is ONE of the best places we've gotten service at. No scams, no lies just good ol' honesty. We wish nothing but the best to these hard working fellas and very successful business! BTW they are open 6 days a week, and even till 11pm which is unheard of in Miami. Even a simple valve cover gasket job and they will clean the heck out of your valave cover and degresse it and all AAA+++ Super glad we found them, thanks to a family friend
